What this site does

ChainCalories turns official restaurant nutrition data into fast, interactive calculators. Instead of scrolling a PDF, you build your order the way you'd say it at the counter — and see live calories, protein, carbs and fat, with a calorie budget meter and one-tap preset orders.

Where the data comes from

Every value on this site comes from the officially published nutrition information of the restaurant chain itself, for standard single portions. We do not estimate, average or scrape third-party databases.

Our verification process: the full menu dataset for each chain is checked against the official source quarterly, and again whenever a chain launches, changes or removes menu items. Each calculator page shows its last-verified date in the footer, so you always know how fresh the data is.

Independence

ChainCalories is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant brand featured here. Brand names are used only to identify the menus the calculators describe.
